2. Material selection

3. Cutting

4. Upper making

5. Stitching

6. Upper shaping (Wrapping)

Shaping the stitched upper over a mold (last) to match foot form. This step defines the final fit and contour of the shoe.

7. Insole sewing

Attaching and securing the insole inside the shoe. Provides comfort and supports the foot structure.

8. Make sole

Creating the outsole using rubber, PU, or other materials. Designed for grip, flexibility, and long-lasting wear.

9. Outside stitching

Joining the upper and sole using strong external stitching. Adds durability and enhances the shoe’s finish.

10. Grind edge of sole

Smoothing and refining the edges of the sole for a clean look. Ensures uniformity and removes excess material.

11. Coloring

Applying dyes, paints, or finishes to enhance appearance. Gives the shoe its final color and aesthetic appeal.

12. Waxing and polishing

Final finishing to add shine and protection to the surface. Improves visual appeal and increases product lifespan.
