1. Design

Creating the shoe concept, shape, and style based on trends and requirements. Initial sketches and digital models define the overall look and structure.

2. Material selection

Choosing suitable materials like leather, fabric, rubber, and foam. Quality and durability are ensured based on the shoe’s purpose.

3. Cutting

Cutting selected materials into precise patterns using templates or machines. Accuracy here is crucial for proper fitting and assembly.

4. Upper making

Assembling different cut pieces to form the upper part of the shoe. This includes lining, reinforcement, and panel joining.

5. Stitching

Sewing the upper components together for strength and structure. Ensures durability and gives the shoe its final shape.

6. Upper shaping (Wrapping)

Shaping the stitched upper over a mold (last) to match foot form. This step defines the final fit and contour of the shoe.

7. Insole sewing

Attaching and securing the insole inside the shoe. Provides comfort and supports the foot structure.

8. Make sole

Creating the outsole using rubber, PU, or other materials. Designed for grip, flexibility, and long-lasting wear.

9. Outside stitching

Joining the upper and sole using strong external stitching. Adds durability and enhances the shoe’s finish.

10. Grind edge of sole

Smoothing and refining the edges of the sole for a clean look. Ensures uniformity and removes excess material.

11. Coloring

Applying dyes, paints, or finishes to enhance appearance. Gives the shoe its final color and aesthetic appeal.

12. Waxing and polishing

Final finishing to add shine and protection to the surface. Improves visual appeal and increases product lifespan.
